Automatic ticket creation

When our checks notice a problem, our support system can open a ticket on its own, attach a health report and let us know what changed. You do not have to log in and prove that something is wrong – we already see it.

Tickets like health checks, offline devices or slow response times can be created automatically in our helpdesk, ready for our team to follow up.
